It is nearly impossible to predict when you will feel sick or unwell and it can often disrupt your already busy schedule. Doctor On Demand is here to help with your urgent health care needs.

Mental Health
Emotional and mental health is just as important as any other aspect of your health. The team of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists at Doctor On Demand help support your mental wellbeing. Everything from medication management to talk therapy are available through Doctor On Demand.
Doctor On Demand visits are covered under the Compass Rose Health Plan for urgent care and mental health needs.
- High Option members: Unlimited visits for $0.
- Standard Option members: The first 5 visits are free. After that, each visit is a $10 copay.
To make sure your visits are covered, select UMR as your insurance provider.
If you do not select the proper insurance provider, you’ll be charged Doctor On Demand’s regular pricing rather than our Compass Rose Health Plan member benefit.
You can use Doctor On Demand on any device with a camera — smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- App: Download the Doctor On Demand app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play™. You can also text COMPASS to 68398 for a direct link.
- Website: Visit Doctor On Demand from your computer.*
Click Sign Up and follow the on-screen instructions to register.
When registering, remember to select UMR as your insurance provider.
Doctor On Demand is not available for visits outside of the United States, including U.S. territories such as the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
