About the Compass Rose Health Plan

We are a not-for-profit association proudly serving federal employees and their families since 1948. The Compass Rose Health Plan is open to all active and retired civilian federal employees who are eligible for the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program.

Important Dates

FEHB Open Season runs from November 10 through December 8, 2025. During this time, federal employees and retirees have the opportunity to review and make changes to their health benefits enrollment.
