Telehealth Cost

Doctor On Demand is FREE for Compass Rose Health Plan members, meaning you pay $0 per visit!

To ensure that you receive coverage under the Plan, be sure to select the appropriate insurance provider when setting up your account. If the Compass Rose Health Plan is your primary insurer, select UMR. If Medicare Part B is your primary insurer, select the option for Medicare. If you do not select the proper insurance provider, your visit will be subject to Doctor On Demand's pricing rather than our Compass Rose Health Plan member benefit.

Getting Started With Doctor On Demand

You can access Doctor On Demand on a smartphone, tablet or computer.* The app is compatible with both Android and Apple devices. Options for accessing Doctor On Demand’s telehealth services can be found below.

How to create an account and get started:

Download the app: Look for Doctor On Demand in your smartphone or tablet's app store, or text COMPASS to 68398 for a direct link. Once downloaded, open the app and follow the prompts.
Go online: Visit Doctor On Demand from your computer.*

No matter how you choose to register, remember to select UMR or Medicare as your insurance provider!
