CHANGE IN COMPASS ROSE HEALTH INSURANCE PROVIDER Employees and retirees that currently have the CRBG Agency Health Plan underwritten by Mutual of Omaha should see no changes as a result of this move. All claims adjudication and customer service will continue to be administered in Charlotte, North Carolina, by the same cleared personnel. Further, members will continue to use their current ID cards, will be able to see their current medical providers, and will receive their same benefits. Coventry Health Care is a national managed health care company based in Bethesda, Maryland. Coventry is a current participant in the FEHB program, providing Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) services to CRBG through its "First Health" product. Coventry also serves as the PPO and claims administrator for the Mail Handlers FEHB plan. In addition to picking up CRBG through this acquisition, it will also pick up the FEHB Foreign Service Benefit Plan and Rural Letter Carrier plan. As with CRBG, those plans will continue to be administered in Charlotte, with no foreseeable changes. Mutual will continue to support the CRBG supplemental UBLIC Term Life, Long Term Disability, Long Term Care and Group Accident Insurance product lines.
